Benefits:

General Membership: By becoming a member of the Hammond Bay Area Anglers Association you will help ensure that Northeast Michigan has a strong voice in enhancing and managing the inland and Great Lakes fisheries. A newsletter is published 6 times each year and is sent to each member. Members are encouraged to attend the monthly Board meetings to inquire about fishery issues and provide input.

The Hammond Bay Area Anglers Association has representatives on the DNR Lake Huron Citizens Fishery Advisory Committee and the DNR Northern Inland Lakes Citizen Fishery Advisory Committee which allows us to communicate directly with biologists and managers from the DNR and other agencies. Besides these two committees, the Hammond Bay Area Anglers Association has representatives on several other organizations, see Who We Are on this Website for more information.
